Wow!, what a great company! They came to my house and did a great job and a great price!

Our water is 5 years old and we had never had a tune-up. We had had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing previously so we contacted them for a service. Josh did the tune-up and flush. He also us advice on how to care for our water softener. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. Scheduling is easy and I like that they will text to avoid playing phone tag. Great company!

Dutton Plumbing replaced my old (fiberglass) shower in my master bathroom with a tile shower. The difference is amazing, and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I've had only great experiences with Dutton. They originally did some work for us when renovating a bathroom a while back. And more recently, we needed both our water softener and water heater replaced and they were super to work with throughout the process. Nick was in and out of my house to repair a large leak under my sink and replace my garbage disposal. I don’t know if I’d ever been so pleased with an in home service. We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

Great group of people here. Josh was able to get his guys out to run water lines and new drains for a washer dryer combo for a new laundry room. The guys were very professional and did a great job. They were in and out in a day which was great for me to be able to move forward with the project.

I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! Tankless Water Heater + Water Softener Installation. Josh asked all the right questions to know what I wanted. Scheduling was fast and installation was nice and easy. The whole group at Dutton was a pleasure to work with!

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.

We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. We are impressed with their speed and desire to have the gas system working safely and properly.

Had a two different big name companies come out and tell me they couldn’t help me. Josh and his team walked in and said no problem. Went above and beyond, even traveled to Greenwood from Brownsburg to get what was needed to get the job done, same day, just to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. They literally ran into every headache and issue that could possibly go wrong, but they handled it with ease and didn’t nickel and dime charge me to death. 🙌🏼

We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and not only cleared the drain, but fixed the problem!

The technician came on time very professional replaced a main pipe in basement and did a great job looked very nice.

I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. There was no pressure, and they provided a very competitive price to tear out and install a new pit within days. They are a locally family-owned business who provide great service.

When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. We have a 10 month old son, so we want to make sure that we're giving him the healthiest possible options, and this RO system did just that! We 1000% recommend Dutton Plumbing for any of your needs!

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.
